“For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.”

— Romans 15:4 (NKJV)

Beloved,

When your thoughts feel tangled and heavy, it is often because you’ve been carrying words not authored by Me.

My Word is your anchor. It steadies you when everything feels uncertain.

Let Me speak truth over you again—not harshly, but tenderly.

As you return to My voice, you will feel hope rise like light breaking through the morning.

Like a ship returning from being out upon a turbulent sea, you will enter My safe harbor of peace once again.

Stay with My words. Let them surround you. They will hold you and anchor you in My truth.

I have gifted you with an imagination for a reason. It is a powerful tool when you engage it with Me.

Instead of imagining the worst outcome, imagine what it will look like as My Word comes true in your life. Let My promises infuse you and fill your imagination with pictures of My faithfulness. See My intervention bringing your situation to a favorable conclusion.

Let’s daydream together, beloved, and see My Word come into fulfillment in your life.

Reflection

What truth from God’s Word do you need to return to today?
