“Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope:
The faithful love of Adonai never ceases;
His compassions never fail.
They are new every morning—
great is Your faithfulness!”
— Lamentations 3:21–23 (TPT)
Beloved,
Will you take some time with Me today?
Let's open the memory book of your personal journey together. Let's pause the demands of life to revisit the story of our relationship.
Can we linger over the chapters where I tenderly steadied your faltering heart? The paragraphs where I picked you up and healed your bruises? The forgotten plot twists where I lovingly lifted your drooping head?
Let's slow down and savor these moments together. The times when you became sure of My affection... when you recognized My faithfulness... when you were awakened to the depth of My devotion to you.
As you remember your journey with Me, your heart will begin to beat with faith again.
I have carried you before. I have provided, restored, and sustained you.
The same mercy that met you then is with you now. Call it back to mind. Let memory become fuel for hope. Like the psalmist, you will say:
“Give thanks to God—He is good and His love never quits."
— Psalm 136:1 (MSG)
I have not changed, and My heart of love and affection is steady and committed to you, forever.
Reflection
Take a few moments today to remember.
Where have you seen God's faithfulness in your life? What prayers has He answered? How has He carried you through seasons you once thought would overwhelm you?
Write down one moment where God was faithful to you. As you remember, let hope rise again.
